Stable slab is a slab on ground system suitable for all house types on all sites regardless of soil classification. How does this work? Stable Slab is a fully suspended slab supported on a network of screw piers. It is not reliant on near surface soil for stability. Heltech has finally taken the soil related problems (heave and settlement) out of the design and construction process. Fixed Site Price Costs At the soil testing stage a Cost Code is applied to the site. Based on the Cost Code, the builder will provide you with a fixed and firm price for all site costs including foundations and concrete slab. |
